Taste your wedding menu before your big day!

Our personalized wedding tasting gives you the opportunity to experience your selected dishes, discuss your menu with our team, and make final decisions with confidence.  Your tasting is prepared specifically for you.  Each tasting is based on the menu selections you submit ahead of time. Our culinary team prepares for your menu, so we ask that you submit your menu selections in advance. ​

Complete your Tasting Selection Form 

After scheduling your tasting, you will receive a link to our Wedding Tasting Selection Form. The form must be completed at least 2 weeks before your scheduled tasting. Menus are prepared specifically from the selections submitted on this form.

Your tasting appointment reserves your date and time, but your tasting is not fully confirmed for menu preparation until we receive your completed Wedding Tasting Selection Form.

Schedule your Tasting

Wedding tastings are offered on Wednesdays between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Choose an available appointment using our online scheduling calendar.

The Details & What to Expect: 

On the day of your tasting, our team will prepare the menu selections you submitted. This is your opportunity to:

• Taste the dishes you are considering for your wedding.

• Compare menu selections.

• Discuss service styles and presentation.

• Ask questions about your wedding menu.

• Review dietary needs or special requests.

• Make notes for your final menu selections.

Our goal is to help you build a menu that reflects your celebration and gives your guests the Antigua experience.​
